Is slowing down over 50 inevitable?

It’s a heady list;

reduced aerobic capacity

loss of muscle mass

increased body fat

reduced flexibility

increased body acidity

deminished cardiac output

reduced VO2 max.


it sounds like bad news but we can control most of these changes. Some focused high intensity training.


Studies reveal there is a direct link with volume of exercise and longevity, but also more importantly quality of life.


All the more reason to keep fit using a variety of exercises and intensities.
