Supportive environment tailored to each client's individual needs and goals even though it is in a group session. I consider and plan every session and the lessons are easily progressed or regressed for new attendees or those who are unable to perform the full range of exercises.

Either in group or private sessions your training will be completely tailored to you. Especially when you are undergoing treatment some days you may experience more fatigue than others. Following a thorough assessment of your cancer and treatment I will help you exercise safely. Keeping you activity levels up during your treatment has been proven to help manage the side effects of treatment and enable you to get back to a more active, positive way of life once your treatment is finished.
In addition I am also able to help if you have Lymphoedema as a consequence of your cancer treatment, exercising safely and maintaining your mobility.
